09: Buildings of the Future With Rob Gandy

When I meet an incredible entrepreneur that blends living experientially into the mission of their business, it’s time to introduce them to our Xperience Growth community.  Rob Gandy founded Cielo in 2010 and since, has developed more than 1.3 million square feet of commercial and mixed use space in the state of Texas.  Collectively, their leadership team has acquired and operated over 10.7M square feet of space with a total project value of over $1.5B.

As impressive as that sounds, the real story here is that their approach to developing is rooted in creating healthy, sustainable, and lifestyle focused buildings that become a part of the community in which the building lives.  That focus transcends the building itself and on today’s podcast Rob will share Cielo’s perspective on keeping their employees and teams healthy, happy, energetic, and grounded.
