Mark Willis served as both President and CEO of Keller Williams Realty International’s from 2005-2014 while growing the company to the #1 real estate franchise in North America. He helped grow that company from 1,000 agents up to 140,000 agents - scaling incredibly quickly across the United States.

In 2015 Mark founded Mark Willis Leadership, a global company that conducts leadership education, consulting, leadership development focused on lifestyle and wellness. 

In 2019, he launched The Willis Family Foundation, a non-profit organization in honor of his late wife, Cindy Willis, with the mission of saving lives through Canine Early Cancer Detection programs.
