11: Ben Rubenstein, Chief Revenue Officer of Realtor.com on the guide to entrepreneurship as an Inc's 30 under 30 recipient and Austin's Person of the Year

Today we meet a young entrepreneur that landed himself on Inc.’s 30 under 30 list, has had multiple 9 figure exits (yes NINE figures), and was recently named 2020’s Austinite of the Year.  I’m excited to introduce you to Ben Rubenstein.  For many in our community, this is a name you’ve heard before.  Today, though we will hear a story you may have not yet heard.

Ben co-founded an early online market company that Web.com purchased for about $350M and immediately went to work founding a second company which News Corp purchased for over $200M.

Ben currently sits as the Chief Revenue Officer for Realtor.com and equally as impressive is an active Board Member of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), where he helps abused and displaced children in the court system.

Today’s conversation will lead us down the path to entrepreneurship, the difference between ideas and execution, provide perspective on failure, and also provide a compelling example and path to mentorship and giving back.  We get to talk about one of our shared favorite books and the impact of happiness on our businesses, families, and the world.

One of the more powerful conversations we’ve brought you here at Xperience Growth!
